At Elara Light, we aim to provide high-quality lighting products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused or only minimally handled
  • Be in its original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Include all accessories, parts, manuals, and protective materials
  • Not show signs of improper use, installation damage, modification, or excessive wear

Returned items are inspected before any refund is approved.

Partial Refunds

If a returned product is not in impeccable condition, Elara Light reserves the right to issue a partial refund instead of a full refund.

This may apply if the product is returned with damaged packaging, missing accessories, visible signs of use, scratches, installation marks, or any condition that reduces its resale value.

The amount refunded will depend on the condition of the returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can review the case properly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper handling
  • Products that have been modified or altered
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items where clearly stated

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Elara Light is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
